> OBJECTIVE: Intensive training pipeline designed to prepare applicants to independently run commercial sessions as a solo staff engineer.
> PROGRAM_STRUCTURE_&_COMPENSATION:
> INTERNSHIP_CORE: Free opportunity to learn, network, and grow within a rising business. Shadowing, note-taking, and observing live sessions carry $0 compensation.
> ACTIVE_SESSION_PAY: $15.00/hr — Paid ONLY when explicitly assigned to independently run or engineer an active artist recording session.
> STAFF_PROMOTION_PAY: $20.00/hr upon completing the 2-month internship and being selected as an official solo staff engineer.

> 02_BASICS: Master audio engineering fundamentals, acoustics, gain staging & mic placement.
> 03_SIGNAL_CHAIN: Build, route, and troubleshoot physical hardware signal chains under live session conditions.
> 04_PRO_TOOLS: Operate and master the standard a.co label Pro Tools session workflow & template.
> 05_SOLO_EXECUTION: Fundamentally learn how to book, setup, and RUN a recording session by yourself.
> DISCOGRAPHY_SUBMISSION:
> FILE_NAMING_RULE: You MUST include your First & Last Name in every file name or ZIP folder you upload (Ex: Jordan_Alter_Mix1.mp3 or Jordan_Alter_Portfolio.zip).
