> SECURITY_NOTICE: To ensure studio security and protect our property, we collect valid identification for all lockouts. This information is used solely for ID verification during your rental period and is deleted permanently and immediately after your booking ends. We store your data SAFELY.

I am 100% liable for myself, any guests I bring, and any damages caused during the booking. I am entirely responsible for my session files. I will bring my own hard drive and export my files within my booked time. I agree to a $30 Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee. I understand that if I flake or fail to communicate 24 hours prior, I forfeit this amount. I waive my right to dispute this charge. I understand that YOUR TIME STARTS WHEN YOUR BOOKING STARTS, NOT WHEN YOU GET THERE PERIOD. Setup, breakdown, and file transfers must be completed within my booked block. I understand maximum capacity in the studio ROOM is 5 people. Guests may still utilize the large lobby, kitchen, and restrooms. I will not enter any other rooms that I didn't book. This is a large studio and client privacy is important for EVERYONE in the facility. I 100% understand and agree that any incurred fees will be automatically deducted from my card on file.

I agree to an immediate $250 damage incident fee if any hardware is damaged due to my negligence. I agree to a $75 maintenance fee if the room is not returned to its original state, or if excess food/trash/paraphernalia is left behind. I understand smoking in the studio room is strictly prohibited. Smoking inside will result in an automatic $15 smoking fee. (Smoking is permitted outside or in the lobby).

I understand MIXING RECORDS DOES NOT COME WITH YOUR TRACKING SESSION. Mixing is sold separately at acolabel.com/mixing. We will provide a rough mix. We do not recommend releasing rough mixes; they are high-quality in-studio demos, not the final version.
