• No engineer: you get the whole room to yourself for a 4 hr block ($150 flat) or an 8 hr lockout ($200 flat). Self-engineered tracking or listening.

• + engineer: staff-engineered tracking, $75/hr, rough mixes provided. Mixing is sold separately.

Top of the line industry standard gear. A much larger space accommodating roughly 10 people with a massive booth, designed for large tracking sessions and featuring that highly sought-after vocal chain.
